Create an Account or Sign in Email Password First Name Last Name Nickname I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Terms of Service Welcome to asshole.club. By using this site, purchasing our products, creating an account, posting to the feed, or browsing while quietly judging everyone, you agree to these terms in full. They are written like human beings wrote them because human beings did. They are also legally binding. Both things are true at the same time. If something here surprises you, this probably is not the right community for you. The door is behind you. The short version. Be accurate. Be fast. Don’t be a dick. Label the behavior, not the person. Place the sticker. Photograph it. Post it. Walk away. Don’t use a passive-aggressive sticker brand to do something that isn’t passive aggressive. Don’t harass people. Don’t post identifying information. Don’t create accounts to get around rules that exist for good reasons. You already knew all of this before you read it. You agreed to it the moment you understood what this brand is. 1. Who we are. asshole.club is owned and operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION]. We sell vinyl stickers with passive aggressive phrases printed on them and host a public community feed where members post photos of those stickers placed in the wild. For legal correspondence: legal@asshole.club For everything else: hello@asshole.club — we read it, we respond, and we will get back to you within five business days because that is a reasonable amount of time and we are reasonable people. 2. Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site, create an account, or purchase products. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 and somehow reading this: impressive, but no. Close the tab. Come back in a few years. The stickers will still be here, the community will still be here, and your parking grievances will have only compounded by then. 3. What we sell. Vinyl stickers. Matte finish. Printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. We also sell apparel — hoodies, hats and tees — under the same fulfillment model. Products are made to order. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. We are not Amazon. We have never claimed to be Amazon. Do not expect Amazon speed, Amazon returns, or Amazon customer service. Expect a small brand that takes its products seriously and will fix problems when they arise. Pricing is displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders confirmed before a price change are honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase. 4. Orders, payment, and refunds. Payment is processed at the time of order via our payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full card number. That is handled by people whose entire job is protecting card numbers and who are considerably better at it than we would be. All sales are final with the following exceptions: The item arrives damaged beyond reasonable use. The wrong item was sent. The order never arrived, and tracking confirms it is lost in transit. We will not refund your order because you changed your mind, because the recipient did not find it funny, because the sticker was placed somewhere it probably should not have been placed, or because you ordered the wrong phrase and noticed after the order shipped. To request a replacement or refund for a legitimate reason, email hello@asshole.club within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days, and we will make it right without making it difficult, because that is how returns should work, and we know it. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Give us the chance to resolve it before escalating. We have never once refused a legitimate claim from a customer who asked us properly. 5. What the stickers are for. Passive-aggressive social feedback. Labeling behaviors, not people. Saying the thing that needed to be said, permanently, in vinyl, without requiring a confrontation or a conversation. “Way to park, champ.” is about the parking. “Fish. Really.” is about the fish. “Per my last email.” is about the email. The phrases are specific to behaviors. Keep your use of them specific to behaviors. The stickers are designed for placement on surfaces in public or semi-public spaces — cars, doors, communal appliances, notice boards, elevator panels, office furniture, shared kitchen surfaces, and similar locations where the behavior in question actually occurred. They are not designed for placement on private property in a manner that constitutes vandalism, criminal damage, or trespass under the laws of your jurisdiction, which vary considerably, which you are responsible for knowing, and which we are not in a position to summarize for every country in which our stickers are placed. If you are unsure whether a placement is legal where you are, do not make the placement until you are sure. 6. What the stickers are not for. This list is short because it should not need to be long. You may not use our products to harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any individual. You may not use them in connection with a pattern of behavior targeting a specific person who has asked you to stop contacting them. You may not use them to violate a restraining order, a no-contact agreement, or any other legal instrument currently in effect. You may not use them as part of a coordinated campaign designed to cause psychological distress to a specific individual over time. The distinction is this: a sticker placed on a badly parked car in a public car park by someone who found it and moved on is passive-aggressive social feedback. A sticker placed repeatedly on the same person’s property by the same individual after being asked to stop is harassment, and it will be treated accordingly. If you are using our products to harm someone, you have misread the brand entirely, you have violated these terms, and your account will be terminated. We will also cooperate fully and without hesitation with any law enforcement investigation involving the misuse of our products, because we have no interest in protecting people who use a passive-aggressive sticker brand to do something genuinely harmful. 7. The feed. The feed is public. Anyone can browse it without an account. Posting to the feed requires a free registered account. When you post to the feed, you confirm the following: The photo is yours. You took it, or you have the explicit right to share it. You are not posting someone else’s content without their knowledge or permission. The photo was taken in a public or semi-public space where subjects do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. The photo does not contain clearly identifiable faces of private individuals. The subject is the sticker. Keep the frame on the sticker. The photo does not display full vehicle license plate numbers in a way that enables identification of the registered owner. Partial plates are acceptable. Full plates are not, because this is a sticker feed and not a vehicle registration lookup service. The content does not contain nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, content that demeans individuals based on protected characteristics, or any material that sexualizes or exploits minors in any form whatsoever. This prohibition is absolute, applies without exception, and violation of it will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities. Posts are auto-approved. We trust the community to behave at a basic level of decency, which is a lower bar than it sounds, given the nature of the brand. That trust is conditional and will be withdrawn from any account that abuses it without warning, without appeal, and without apology. 8. Content we will remove. We moderate reactively. When content is reported or when we find it ourselves, we act. The following will be removed: Content that identifies a specific private individual with enough personal information — name, address, workplace, daily routine — to enable targeting, harassment, or unwanted contact by other users. Content containing explicit or implied threats directed at an identifiable person, regardless of whether the poster considers the threat serious. Content that is genuinely hateful based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. Edgy is the brand. Uncomfortable is the point. Hateful is a different category entirely, and we draw the line there clearly and without negotiation. Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, unsolicited commercial content, or anything designed to deceive or financially exploit members of the community. Content that violates applicable law in our jurisdiction or, where we are made aware of it, in the jurisdiction of the person who posted it. We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason without prior notice. We will not always explain. If your content is removed and you believe it was done in error, email legal@asshole.club with the post details, and we will review it within 5 business days and give you an honest answer either way. 9. Your account. Accounts are free. One per person. You provide a valid email address and a password you are responsible for remembering. We cannot recover passwords. We can reset them. There is a difference. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If someone else accesses your account because you shared your credentials, used a weak password, or left a session open on a shared device, that activity is your responsibility and not ours. You will not impersonate another person, public figure, or brand in your username, profile name, or any content you post. You will not create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, or content removal. Creating a second account after the termination of a first account for cause is itself grounds for immediate permanent termination of the second account. You will not use your account to make other members of this community genuinely unsafe — as distinct from merely uncomfortable, which is the entire point of the brand and not a grounds for complaint. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior warning, depending on the severity and nature of the violation. If we terminate your account without cause, we will tell you directly and honestly that we have done so and why. If we terminate it with cause, the reason will be documented, the decision will be final, and it will not be reversed because you sent us a polite email explaining that you didn’t mean it. 10. Intellectual property. The asshole.club name, the asterisk mark (✱), all sticker phrases, all copy, all designs, all visual assets, and all content produced by us are our intellectual property and are protected accordingly. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, or use any of them for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission from us. Content you post to the feed — photographs, captions, text — remains your intellectual property at all times. By posting it to asshole.club you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it on the platform, share it on our social media channels, and reference it in marketing materials that promote the community. We will not sell your content to third parties. We will not license it to advertisers. We will not use it in paid campaigns without asking you first and receiving your explicit consent. If you want your content removed from the platform, and you cannot remove it yourself, email hello@asshole.club with the specific post or posts you want taken down. We will remove them within 30 days of your request. Please be aware that removal from the live feed does not guarantee removal from search engine caches, third-party shares made before the removal, screenshots taken by other users, or the memories of people who saw the post before you asked us to take it down — none of which are within our control, and all of which are the natural consequence of posting something publicly on the internet. 11. Third party services. We use third-party services to operate this site. They include, but are not limited to, Printful for order fulfillment, our payment processor for transaction handling, and hosting and infrastructure providers for the site itself. Each of these providers operates under its own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern how it handles the data it receives in connection with your use of our platform. By using asshole.club, you acknowledge that these third-party providers may process your data as part of the normal operation of the site. We have selected providers who meet reasonable data protection standards and who are contractually required to handle your data appropriately. We are not responsible for the independent actions, failures, breaches, or decisions of third-party providers beyond what we can reasonably control through our contractual relationship with them — which means that if Printful loses your order, we will advocate for you, but we cannot manufacture a replacement ourselves. 12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. We provide this site, its products, and its community features as they are, without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. We make no promise that the site will be available at all times, that the feed will be free of content we haven’t yet reviewed, or that a sticker phrase will land exactly the way you intended it to. We are not responsible for the reactions of people who receive our stickers, the social consequences of placing them, any damage to property caused by improper placement or by removal attempts, or any outcome arising from a situation that a reasonable person would have thought through before placing a vinyl sticker on it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. If you paid us eight dollars for one sticker in that period, eight dollars is the ceiling, and we will not pretend otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or for any other matter where such limitation would be unlawful. We are a sticker company. We are not trying to escape consequences for things that actually matter. 13. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of asshole.club that cannot be resolved through direct communication between us will be submitted to binding arbitration in Costa Rica under the laws of Costa Rica, conducted in English, with costs allocated according to the outcome. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any claim arising from these terms or your use of this site. Claims must be brought individually. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to email us at legal@asshole.club and give us 30 days to resolve the matter directly. We are, despite the name and the brand and the entire premise of the business, reasonable people who would rather fix a problem than fight about it in arbitration. Most things can be resolved with one honest email and a willingness to listen to the response. 14. Changes to these terms. We will update these terms when we need to. If the changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights, your obligations, or the nature of what we offer — we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account and post a clear notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter meaning, or updates to contact information may be made without notice. Continuing to use the site, post to the feed, or purchase products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account at any time. No hard feelings about it. A little. But not many, and none that will affect how we process your request. Back to the store: asshole.club/shop × Privacy Policy Welcome to asshole.club. This is our Privacy Policy. It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and what we absolutely do not do with it. We wrote it in plain language because privacy policies written in legal fog are themselves a form of passive aggression — the corporate kind, which is the worst kind. The short version. We collect what we need. We use it for what we said. We do not sell it. We do not share it except to operate the business. You can access it, correct it, and delete it. We protect it properly. That is how it should work. Back to the store asshole.club — your data is yours. we just borrow it to ship your stickers. 1. Who we are. We are asshole.club. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. That means we decide how your data is used and we are responsible for protecting it. If you have questions, concerns, or requests about your data, contact us at: privacy@asshole.club We will respond within 30 days. Not because the law requires it — although it does — but because your data is your business and you deserve a straight answer about it. 2. What we collect. We collect only what we need to operate the store, run the community, and fulfill your orders. Nothing more. When you create an account: Your name, email address, username, and encrypted password. We do not store your password in readable form. Nobody at asshole.club can tell you what your password is. We can only reset it. When you make a purchase: Your billing name, billing address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information — card number, expiry, CVV — is processed entirely by our payment processor and never touches our servers. We see a transaction confirmation. We do not see your card. When you post to the feed: The content you choose to upload — photos, videos, text, captions. The date and time of the post. Your account identifier so the post can be attributed to your profile. When you browse the site: Standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URL. This is collected automatically by every website on the internet. We use it to understand how the site is being used and to diagnose technical problems. We do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual. Cookies: We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and understand how visitors navigate the site. Some cookies are essential — the site does not function properly without them. Others are analytical — they help us understand what is working and what is not. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break parts of the site and we cannot do anything about that. 3. Why we collect it. We collect your information to do the following and nothing else: To process your orders and get them to you. Your name and shipping address exist in our system because Printful needs them to print and ship your stickers. Without them, nothing arrives. To run your account. Your email and password exist so you can log in, post to the feed, and manage your purchases. Without them, there is no account. To send you emails you have asked for. Order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in to receive them. Opting in is a choice you make. Opting out is always available and always instant. To keep the community functional and safe. We review reported content, investigate misuse, and in serious cases cooperate with law enforcement. We cannot do any of that without knowing which account posted what. To improve the site. Aggregate, anonymized data about how people use the site helps us make it better. No individual is identified in this process. 4. What we do not do with your data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Not data brokers. Not advertisers. Not partners. Not anyone. We do not use your data to serve you targeted advertising on other platforms. We do not share it with social media companies for retargeting purposes. We do not use your data to make automated decisions that meaningfully affect you — no algorithmic profiling, no automated account actions based on behavioral scoring. We do not keep your data longer than we need it. When you delete your account, your personal information is removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to the retention requirements described in section 6. We do not share your data with third parties except in the limited circumstances described in section 5. 5. Who we share your data with. We share your data with third parties only where necessary to operate the business. Every third party we work with is contractually required to handle your data appropriately and to use it only for the purpose we share it for. Printful receives your name and shipping address to fulfill your orders. They do not receive your account credentials, your feed activity, or any information beyond what is needed to print and ship the product you purchased. Our payment processor handles all transaction data. They receive your card details directly and process the payment on our behalf. We receive a confirmation that the payment was successful. We never receive, store, or have access to your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data as part of operating the site. This includes the servers the site runs on, the databases that store your account information, and the content delivery network that serves the site quickly regardless of where you are in the world. Law enforcement and regulatory authorities may receive data we are legally required to disclose. If we receive a valid legal order requiring us to share information about a user, we will comply with it. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we will notify the user before complying. Where we are not permitted to give advance notice, we will not. This is not a decision we make voluntarily — it is a legal obligation we take seriously and apply narrowly. We do not share your data with any other third parties. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify you before the change takes effect. 6. How long we keep your data. We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any outstanding orders, disputes, or legal obligations that may arise. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days before those backups are cycled. Financial transaction records are retained for seven years as required by tax and accounting regulations in our jurisdiction. This is not optional and it is not something we can shorten on request. Content you posted to the feed — photos, captions, text — is removed from the live platform when your account is deleted. Copies that were shared by other users or indexed by search engines before the deletion are outside our control and cannot be recovered or removed by us. 7. Your rights. Depending on where you are located, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data. We honor them regardless of whether they are technically required by law in your jurisdiction, because they are the right way to treat people. The right to access. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@asshole.club and we will send it to you within 30 days in a readable format. The right to correction. If the data we hold about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it. Most account information you can update yourself in your profile settings. For anything you cannot update directly, email us. The right to deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so within 30 days subject to the retention requirements in section 6. Some data cannot be deleted immediately for legal reasons — we will tell you clearly what those are and why when you make the request. The right to portability. You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can take it elsewhere. We will provide it within 30 days of your request. The right to object. You can object to certain processing of your data, including processing for marketing purposes. If you object to marketing, we stop immediately. If you object to other processing, we will assess the request and respond honestly about whether we can accommodate it and why. The right to restrict processing. In certain circumstances you can ask us to limit how we use your data while a dispute or investigation is ongoing. We will honor reasonable restriction requests while we work to resolve the underlying issue. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@asshole.club. We do not require you to use a specific form or follow a complicated process. A plain email explaining what you want is enough. We will confirm receipt within five business days and complete the request within 30 days or tell you honestly if we need more time and why. 8. Security. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passwords are encrypted using one-way hashing and are never stored in readable form. The site operates over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never passes through our infrastructure. No system is completely secure. If we experience a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly, explain clearly what happened and what data was involved, tell you what we are doing to fix it, and tell you what you can do to protect yourself. We will not hide it, minimize it, or delay communicating it to avoid embarrassment. 9. Cookies. We use cookies. The digital kind. Essential cookies keep the site functional — your login session, your shopping cart, your preferences. The site does not work properly without them and disabling them in your browser will create problems we cannot resolve on your behalf. Analytical cookies help us understand how the site is being used in aggregate, which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they come from, where they go. This data is anonymized. It tells us that a page is underperforming. It does not tell us that you specifically are the one who left after fifteen seconds. You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Most modern browsers let you block or delete specific categories of cookies. We do not have a cookie consent banner designed to make opting out as difficult as possible while technically being compliant. We find those banners offensive. Manage your cookies directly in your browser and we will respect whatever you have set. 10. Children. asshole.club is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has created an account on this site, email privacy@asshole.club and we will investigate and act within 48 hours. 11. International data transfers. We are based in Costa Rica. If you are using this site from outside Costa Rica, your data may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard that is consistent with this policy, including through contractual arrangements with our third party providers that require them to maintain appropriate safeguards. 12. Changes to this policy. We will update this policy when our practices change in a way that affects how we handle your data. If the changes are significant — meaning they affect what we collect, why we collect it, or who we share it with — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and post a clear notice on the site. Minor changes such as clarifications, corrections, or contact detail updates may be made without prior notice. 13. Contact. For anything related to your privacy, your data, or this policy: privacy@asshole.club For everything else: hello@asshole.club We are real people. We read the emails. We respond within 30 days on privacy matters and within 5 business days on everything else. If you do not hear back within that window, send it again — it went somewhere it should not have gone and we want to fix that. ×
